The Embeddable Posts feature in Awardable allows users to easily insert posts into web pages, blogs, or any platform that accepts custom code. This feature can be accessed from the share menu on any post, and users do not need to be the post owner to embed it. However, embedding a post does not bypass any claim conditions set on the post, such as requiring a passcode for claiming.
How to Embed a Post
- Click on the post and select "Embed Post" from the menu.
- Customize the appearance by adjusting transparency, mode (dark/light), and hiding comments.
- Copy the generated code and paste it into the desired location, such as a blog or webpage.
Interactive Functionality
- The embedded post retains full interactivity, allowing users to interact with it as they would on the Awardable platform.
- Users can engage with the post, including claiming it, sharing, liking, and viewing options.
Limitations
- Certain actions, such as those involving payment or web 3 integrations, will redirect users back to the Awardable app for security reasons.
Support and Feedback
- For assistance, users can access the Awardable app's knowledge base or connect with support via the chat feature.
- Feedback on the Embeddable Posts feature is welcome, as it is currently in beta, and any bugs or suggestions for improvement can be reported to the Awardable team.
Future Developments
- Awardable plans to introduce a public API, empowering developers to create custom experiences using Awardable's tools.
- Users are encouraged to share where they have utilized Embeddable Posts, and stay tuned for updates on new features and enhancements.
Enjoy using Embeddable Posts and feel free to provide feedback to help enhance the feature further!
